What we collect

If you use a form on our site, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, phone number and, in some cases, a short description of the problem. If you call or text us, we see your phone number and anything you tell us.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up on it. We do not sell your information.

How the forms work

Our forms send your message to our business email through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Your details pass through that service on the way to us.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people use the site and to measure our advertising, including when someone submits a form or taps a phone number. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and collect information such as your device, approximate location and the pages you visit. You can limit this in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out tools. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts.

Quick check

The “What’s wrong with your garage door?” quick check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere unless you choose to continue to the estimate form, which then includes a short summary of your answers with your request.

How long we keep it

We keep customer details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
